HOW TO: Access Your Free Digital Download
1. Be certain you are viewing the finalized gallery of images.
The gallery "FINALIZED (DOWNLOAD & PRINT)" contains the edited versions of the images you chose from your PROOFS gallery. These are the images you want to purchase and download as they will not have the PROOF text watermark on them and are available at the highest resolution available to print.
2. Choose "Download" from menu
The Free download saves your image as a smaller file perfect for social media or very small prints such as wallets. This file size is not sized for larger prints. You may access your free image download anywhere you see the download arrow. It may require your email address and a provided download PIN.
HOW TO: Purchase Full-Resolution Digital Download
1. Be certain you are viewing the finalized gallery of images.
The gallery "FINALIZED (DOWNLOAD & PRINT)" contains the edited versions of the images you chose from your PROOFS gallery. These are the images you want to purchase and download as they will not have the PROOF text watermark on them and are available at the highest resolution available to print.
2. Choose an image and select the Shopping Cart link.
3. Select Digital among the purchase options.
You have the option to purchase a single photo at full resolution or the whole gallery (all photos) at full resolution. This download saves your image as a large file made for prints larger than wallets such as 5x7, 8x10, up to poster-sized.

3. Select Prints, Wall Art, or Cards to choose your print method.

Quick FAQ: How will you receive your digital files?
If you wish to download the Free version of the digital files your email address and download PIN will be required to access the images. Your email address will only be used to notify you when your .ZIP file of images is ready to be downloaded. The email you receive will also include the link you will need to access your images.
You can also select where you would like the download to be sent when it's ready - to your Computer as a .ZIP file, or directly to your Dropbox or Google Photos account.
You will receive the Gallery Download in a .ZIP file format on their computer, which you can unzip/extract to get the .jpg image files inside. If you select Dropbox or Google Photos, the images will be available to view directly from your chosen account. If you are using Single Photo Download to Download select individual images, the .jpg file will save directly to your computer or mobile device.
